THE WORLD AT AN END #211 -- Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich on the synodal church

Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich was a German mystic who bore the stigmata. She could see the future of the Church, which she called an “after-church” or a “dark church,” in which the light of Christ is extinguished. Today we see this with the modernism in the Church, especially in the Pope’s synodal church. The focus is on man rather than the righteousness of God.

Cardinal George Pell, who probably was murdered due to his discoveries of financial corruption in the Vatican, called the present pontificate a disaster, one that did not correspond to the will of Christ.

Emmerich is only one of many mystics and visionaries who pointed to a severe crisis in our Church, including at the very top, during these times today. They all told of a great apostasy. Through many of them, particularly with Marian apparitions, our Mother Mary has warned us of what is to come, which is already here.
